Essential oils that soothe pains
Wintergreen HE: certainly the best muscle and joint painkiller in the whole pharmacopoeia.
Instructions for use: mix 8 drops of wintergreen essential oil and 4 drops of thymol thyme essential oil (It stimulates the energy of the body and strengthens the nerves) with 5 cases of sodium bicarbonate.
Pour under the bathtub faucet and dive into this bath for about twenty minutes.
EO of lemon eucalyptus: This oil is recommended for massage in cases of joint or muscle pain.
Instructions for use: Pour 10 drops of lemon eucalyptus essential oil and 10 drops of wintergreen essential oil, coated with 4 tablespoons of arnica oil. Rub the painful area with this mixture. Repeat as often as necessary (up to 6 times a day).
Essential oils that promote sleep
Yellow mandarin HE: Calming and sedative properties. It promotes falling asleep and helps fight against sleep disorders.
How to use: Mix 4 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate and 10 drops of yellow tangerine essential oil and pour under the bathtub faucet. Immerse yourself in this scented bath and stay for about 20 minutes (add hot water as the bath cools).
HE bitter orange : Calming powerful and harmonizing on the emotional level, it facilitates relaxation and fight against stress, morale and insomnia.
How to use : Mix 10 drops of bitter orange essential oil and 3 tablespoons of sweet almond oil. Once a day, after bathing, massage your shoulders, palms and soles with this mixture.
Essential oil that reduces tiredness
HE black spruce: Powerful tonic, this oil is very famous in case of great fatigue or pump stroke. It is also used for its purifying and stimulating properties in winter.
Instructions: Pour 3 drops of black spruce essential oil and 3 drops of scotch pine essential oil (toning virtues) and apply this pure mixture on the lumbar area, just below the waist. Massage until complete penetration of the oils.
